These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any purchases made through it (the "Site"), operated by DIOCELO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Diocelo," "we," "us," or "our"). All products are described and priced in good faith, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed at checkout.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product.
4. Shipping
Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Diocelo works with third-party production and fulfillment partners to produce and ship orders; estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Diocelo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item received. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@diocelo.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
6. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and the Diocelo name and marks — is the property of Diocelo LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
